Refund policy

Read it, use it, and if you are not getting a different result in 14 days, reply to the delivery email and we refund every penny. No form, no argument.

Our guides are digital products. Under normal UK distance-selling rules you waive the standard 14-day cooling-off period when you access a digital download immediately, but we choose to offer a stronger promise anyway: if a guide has not started to change your result within 14 days, email [email protected] and we will refund you in full. We do not ask why and we do not make you fill in a form.
